About Us


Founded in 2001, Adv. Eytan Lipskier's boutique law firm in Modiin and Tel Aviv offers professional, comprehensive, and high-quality representation to those in need of legal assistance and advocacy, a shoulder to rely on, and a supportive presence.


Prior to establishing his law firm, Adv. Lipskier completed his internship at the Family Court, worked at leading law firms, and accumulated over 25 years of experience in all aspects of personal, family, and succession law.


Adv. Lipskier has vast experience in natters concerning the return of abducted children (from Israel to abroad and from overseas to Israel) and international child relocation; delicate and complex issues involving family law as well as private international law.


He is a certified family matters mediator, authorized to conduct collaborative divorce proceedings and draft an Enduring Power of Attorney.


Born and raised in Belgium, Adv. Lipskier is multilingual and fluent in French and English.
